Did you know that Cbum has won how many Mr Olympia Classic Physique Championships? This information may come as a surprise to many, but it’s true – Cbum is one of the most successful bodybuilders of all time. In this blog post, we’ll be taking a look at Cbum’s career, and how he was able to accumulate so many titles in the world of physique competition.

Early Life Is Full Of Ambitions And Dreams
On February 2, 1995, Christopher Adam Bumstead was born in Ottawa, Canada. When Cbum was younger, he was in awe of the renowned Tom Platz due to the growth of his fabled legs.
He has also cited Arnold Schwarzenegger and Berry DeMey as influences. Arnold would be widely known, while Berry DeMey is a mystery. He was known as the Flexing Dutchman and was a well-known bodybuilder in the 1980s.
Chris played basketball and football in high school, but he also participated in track and field. The Canadian’s sister’s then-boyfriend and current spouse, Iain Valliere, introduced him to bodybuilding. Iain is a professional bodybuilder with the IFFB.
When Chris was 19 years old, Valliere saw enormous promise in his girlfriend’s brother and helped him get ready for a bodybuilding contest. Iain is a source of inspiration for Cbum, who has frequently acknowledged this.
Journey To Mr. Olympia Classic Physique Championship
At age 21, he received his Pro Card by competing in the 2016 IFBB North American Bodybuilding Championships. Chris discovered his calling in the Classic Physique category, and it seemed as though he was destined for it.
In 2017, Bumstead debuted in the Mr. Olympia Classic Physique competition. He came in second place in his first year in the tournament. The winner of the 2017 Mr. Olympia Classic Physique was Breon Ansley.

Due to considerable water retention in his physique, the Canadian had some issues with his conditioning four weeks before the competition at Mr. Olympia. He was given an IGA Nephropathy diagnosis. But he continued to work out in addition to his medical care and his love of bodybuilding.
Chris’s moment to step forward finally arrived in 2019. But the 2019 Mr. Olympia Classic Physique was as competitive because George Peterson, who won the bronze medal in 2018 and 2019, was also the favorite to win the event. Ansley was hoping to win his third straight championship.
With a bigger and better physique than the one he had in 2018, Cbum won his first Mr. Olympia Classic Physique title in 2019. Chris had a mustache, which won over the crowd. His posing was also better than in prior years.
The tournament was moved from September to December 2020 because of the pandemic, giving the Canadian Bodybuilder additional time to get ready. Bumstead’s arms and back showed off a significant alteration. He won the 2020 Mr. Olympia Classic Physique competition.
The outcomes remained the same in 2021, with the Canadian defeating Terrence Ruffin, who was also a favorite with Bumstead. Chris Bumstead won the Mr. Olympia Classic Physique competition for the third time in a row.
We may anticipate Cbum to put on an impactful performance once more and win his fourth Mr. Olympia Classic Physique title now that this year’s Olympia has officially started on December 15.
A long journey depends on the will, energy and passion for the road to conquer the infinity throne. Once again, we must affirm our relentless efforts and admire Cbum. Check out some of his inspired products right now here!
